As of 2018 we will accept single delegates or delegates without supervisors. We do ask you to bring a note from your parents that confirms their awareness of your presence at our conference.

FeesIn order for us to give you the best MUN experience, we ask you for a small fee of 50 euros. Included in this fee is a folder, badge, goodiebag, lunch, drinks, party entrance and a great experience.

How to sign upOn January 18th and 19th of 2025, our school will be hosting another Model United Nations conference organised by and for students. This is a simulation of a United Nations meeting, where students represent a country and try to resolve a current issue through research, lobbying and debating.
Next to a great educational experience, an MUN conference is also a great opportunity to practice your English and meet new people. The weekend is not just about debating: there are many other fun activities throughout the weekend such as workshops and a party on Saturday night. Beware: We will not refund any delegates after the final cancellation date (the 1st of December 2024). If the fee is yet to be paid we still expect the delegate to pay this fee, as we will have already made expenses to allow the delegate to have the best experience at our conference as possible.

Are you looking for a place to stay during the conference? We offer some low-cost accommodations to keep the conference as affordable as possible.
Host families
Delegates can stay at host families. They will be located at one of the participating Cals student families. From there you can easily go to the conference. This hostel is a perfect option for accommodation. Located on the beautiful Neude square, to be found in the heart of the old city centre of Utrecht, it is surrounded by canals, restaurants and shops.
