How do I get to the school?The conference's location can easily be reached by using public transport: the school has a bus stop right outside of the school - "Cals College" - and is only a few minutes walk away from tramstop "City Plaza", which is located at Nieuwegein's city centre. Click the first button to find the connection from your accommodation. For train travel to and from Utrecht, we recommend saving money by buying group tickets on the NS website.

Will all delegates be placed with host families?
We are doing our best to provide all delegates with housing. However, accommodation at host families are not guaranteed and foreign delegates are given priority. Should we not be able to place a delegate within a host family we will be more than happy to assist with finding an affordable alternative. Can we get our money back after registration?
Yes, but only if you cancel before the definite cancelling date! We will not refund any delegates after this date if the fee is already paid. If the fee is yet to be paid we still expect the delegate to pay this fee, as we will have already made expenses to allow the delegate to have the best experience at our conference as possible. If a delegate drops out after the date we recommend finding a replacement delegate to fill the place.

Can I come without a teacher-director?As of 2019 you can, however, we do ask you to bring an acknowledgement or statement from your parents or supervisor.
