FeesIn order for us to give your students the best MUN experience, we ask a small fee of 50 euros per delegate. Included in this fee are a folder, badge, lunch, goodiebag, drinks, party entrance and a great experience.
MUN directors will have to pay a fee of 30 euros. |

THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR MUN DIRECTORS REGISTERING A DELEGATION OF STUDENTS. AFTER COMPLETING THIS FORM, THE MUN DIRECTOR WILL RECEIVE A FORM TO REGISTER EVERY STUDENT.

Beware: We will not refund any delegations after the final cancellation date (the 20th of November 2026). If the fee is yet to be paid we still expect the delegation to pay this fee, as we will have already made expenses to allow the delegation to have the best experience at our conference as possible.
Accomodation
Are you looking for a place to stay during the conference? We offer some low-cost accommodations to keep the conference as affordable as possible.
Host families
Delegates can stay at host families. They will be located at one of the participating Cals student families. From there you can easily go to the conference. International chairs or delegates will be prioritized for this option. For more information, please contact our Head of Housing at [email protected].
Stayokay Utrecht
This hostel is a perfect option for accommodation. Located on the beautiful Neude square, to be found in the heart of the old city centre of Utrecht, it is surrounded by canals, restaurants and shops. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away and will bring you directly to the Cals College. Check out their website here.
