If you want to file for a declaration of intent be sure to fill in the application form down below. As aforementioned we will be sending an email as a reminder to formally sign up for CalsMUN 2025.

As the declaration of intent is not an official application, there are no costs. However, when you sign up officially, there will be a small fee of 20 euros per delegate. Included in this fee are a folder, badge, goodiebag, lunch, drinks, party entrance and a great experience.
MUN directors do not have to pay a fee. |
Application Form
Beware: We will not refund any delegations after the final cancellation date (the 1st of December 2025). If the fee is yet to be paid we still expect the delegation to pay this fee, as we will have already made expenses to allow the delegation to have the best experience at our conference as possible.
