What would an MUN be without chairs?
Chairs are responsible for guiding the delegates and leading the debate. Examples of their tasks are asking delegates to speech and choose the order in which Points of Information are asked. Furthermore, they are expected to create a fun and educational environment for the delegates.

In order for us to give you the best MUN experience, we ask you for a small fee of 30 euros. Included in this fee is a folder, badge, lunch, drinks, party entrance and a great experience.

Beware: We will not refund any delegates after the final cancellation date (the 1st of December 2024). If the fee is yet to be paid we still expect the chairs to pay this fee, as we will have already made expenses to allow the delegates to have the best experience at our conference as possible.
Accommodation
Are you looking for a place to stay during the conference? We offer some low-cost accommodations to keep the conference as affordable as possible.
Host families
Chairs can stay at host families. They will be located at one of the participating Cals student families. From there you can easily go to the conference. International chairs or delegates will be prioritized for this option. For more information, please contact our Head of Housing at [email protected].
Stayokay Utrecht
This hostel is a perfect option for accommodation. Located on the beautiful Neude square, to be found in the heart of the old city centre of Utrecht, it is surrounded by canals, restaurants and shops. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away and will bring you directly to the Cals College. Check out their website here.
